Daily Happy Hour - Marcyplatz -Hotel Bethlehem Wed August 6th, Thurs August 7th, Fri August 8th, Sat August 9th 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. Room # to be announced AFTER I check in on Wednesday Fred will post it in the newsletter What to bring: * BYOB - label it - no need to remove if you're coming all 4 days * Small cooler if your stash needs to be kept cold * Musikfest Mugs (this year's or lasts) - great way to camoflauge your drinks * Munchies - small snacks - so as the Hotel staff doesn't see that we're throwing a wild party - us? wild party? who do we think we are - ha! * Willingness to have an outrageous time! I will have the evening's activities posted in the room - so once we're relaxed, everyone could decide individually where they want to go - we do travel in packs, you know, but there will be several packs to take care of everyone's tastes in music! IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ THIS! Please enter Hotel B at the side door (by the driveway) whenever possible. Walk straight ahead and you will see the elevators on your left. Should you enter the front door, please do not have beverages/ice cream/food, etc. with you. The Hotel Staff frowns on rabblerousers (that's us!) In other words, please be discreet when coming & going - thanks! - We'll let it all hang out once you're safely in our party room - woo hoo! Sunday, August 10 Church Services - 3 to choose from - All services start at 10:00 a.m. - We could all meet in front of the Hotel at 9:45... * Sacred Heart Church - Morning Call Festplatz * Wesley United Methodist - KNBT Banana Island * Central Moravian - across the street from Hotel Bethlehem Sunday Brunch at Hotel Bethlehem We did this last year - it was beautiful! Set up in the newly renovated '1741 on the Terrace' What a lovely room and set up! I'll make reservations for 11:15. Prices are very reasonable (compared to last year). It's 24.95 per person this year (17.95 for seniors - if you're willling to admit you're in this category) They were kind enough to give us the discount last year - hey, it only hurts to admit it for a few minutes. This brunch is very relaxing and d e l i c i o u s - great variety of food - we could sit back and reflect on how bad we all were during Musikfest. I WILL NOT BE AT A COMPUTER FROM WED TO SATURDAY - SO PLEASE, IF YOU'RE COMING TO THE BRUNCH - CALL ME - IF I DON'T ANSWER, PLEASE LEAVE AN R.S.V.P. ON MY VOICE MAIL 570-688-3224 THANKS!
